Help is needed to build a proposed web site. It will share information on candidates for given offices . Periodically, site visitors will vote for candidates in order of preference.
1. The votes will be counted for each candidate. 2. The lowest vote recipient among the candidates will be dropped. 3. A recount will apply the second choice of voters whose 1st choice was dropped in the previous round. 4. Rounds will continue until only one candidate remains. 5. Full results of all the rounds will be posted.
Voters can unite behind the most viable candidates. Visible support outside the official ballot box can give outsiders and/or non wealthy candidates new hope inside the official ballot box.
